Heine immigrated to the United States from Cameroon in 1995, and he took advantage of the US military connection to educational programs in the Signal Corps. He completed both a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Electrical Engineering. With military discipline and excellent, thorough education, he’s found success in several roles such as Scrum Master, Senior Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer, and Agile Coach.
