The gamification of the NFT space has undoubtedly revolutionized the crypto industry. As such, many emerging projects in the market are incorporating a play-to-earn utility in the hopes of becoming the next big thing in the metaverse. However, one upcoming collection is making more buzz compared to others: Chibi NFTs.
It is a project by the NFG Guild, known for its mission and efforts centered around scholarships for play-to-earn games. This time, however, the remarkable organization will be releasing its very own NFT collection.
There will be a total of 8,888 Chibis, which are carefully curated pieces of art. The cute, bubbly, and mystical creatures come in a variety of colors and personalities. Each one is assigned random attributes and traits that encapsulate the essence of play-to-earn games.
At the same time, every Chibi is handled with utmost care to ensure that the uniqueness of each one is still preserved even among the randomness. Additionally, a tier system is in place not only to represent their rarity but also their different roles within the NFG Guild ecosystem.
Of course, the NFG Guild has ensured that the new NFT collection aligns with its original goals and therefore holding a Chibi equates to supporting a scholar while earning revenue. Because of this impressive concept, the project has become one of the most-awaited utility tokens in the market.
When asked what makes their initiative unique and one-of-a-kind, the creators insightfully responded, “The current trend of the NFT space is to gauge price with rarity, to which leaves an unsubstantiated imbalance of value. Sadly, what we see becoming the common trend of the NFT art space is the over-saturation of popular arts driven by a concept called Fear Of Missing Out (FOMO).
“Chibis stands beyond that as the art itself is unique and represents an already existing organization: NFG Guild. This gives these NFTs not only an aesthetic edge of uniqueness but also allows people to act as major partakers to an organization focusing on scholars and scholarships for Play-to-Earn games,” they added.
The NFG Guild has an excellent strategy to execute its vision, as shown in its master plan. After the release of its NFT collection, up next on the pipeline is to deploy 1,000 scholars. Aside from that, included in its list for the 4th quarter of 2021 is to host its first professional esports tournament. More information is outlined on the roadmap, which details upcoming developments and plans until the second quarter of 2022.
There is no doubt that the Chibi NFT collection is shaping up to be one of the most exciting projects on the horizon. Interested investors and crypto enthusiasts should keep an eye out as the collection is set to be released soon.
Whitelist minting will be available on Sunday, December 5 at 7:00 UTC and the public release will be on Monday, December 6 at 7:00 UTC.To learn more about the NFG Guild, visit its official website, Twitter account, and YouTube channel.
