With the recent appointment of Joseph Contreras as the head of sales, Epson is signaling that change may be on its way.
Joseph Contreras is a marketing whiz with an eye for detail. He has been responsible in boosting sales and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout his career, which spans over two decades long.
In this new position, he’ll be tasked with revenue growth strategies for Epson’s portfolio of PrecisionCore A3 and MFP printers as well their print management solutions.

The incoming head of sales is responsible for overseeing and managing all inside sales groups, as well as channel marketing teams that work to strengthen dealer relationships. Additionally, he will be in charge of field teams assigned working towards delivering tangible value with partners while pushing the company higher than ever before.

Joseph Contreras has been a part of the company for many years.
Before taking on his new role as Commercial Marketing Executive, he was responsible for overseeing all commercial marketing efforts.
He has worked with many companies to create successful marketing strategies and programs, including Toshiba America Business Solutions, where he played a role in strengthening the marketing strategies, channel programs, strategic partnerships, and business development for the company’s portfolio.
Mark Mathews, vice president of Commercial Sales and Marketing for Epson America, said that Contreras has done a great job working with them.
“Joe has played a pivotal role in the establishment and success of the Business Inkjet organization,” he said. “He was a natural choice to lead the sales team given his track record in the industry, strong skills, and proven success in the BTA channel.”

The Epson Corporation is a Japanese company that specializes in inkjet printing solutions. They have originated from Tokyo and operate out of California, where they are headquartered.
